Darren has 20 years industry experience, having held surveying roles within Local Authority Building Control departments. In 2016, Darren undertook a role in project delivery and was responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering award-winning new-build affordable homes for a Local Authority. Darren is also a qualified on-construction domestic SAP assessor and CDM Principal Designer.
